As mentioned numerous times, we need to set up a new shipping list for LockForce related swag. Please fill out all fields necessary for shipping to you. If you do not fill out the correct information, your response will be deleted and you will not be contacted about it so please fill out the information correctly. Yes we have had many partial sign ups in the past, it is NOT our responsibility to make sure you know how to fill out something you should know how to fill out.
Filling out this form does not guarantee you will receive anything, but if you are active on our channel you probably will eventually get something :)
International (non US based) members will need to provide a phone number for the customs declaration. Domestic (within the US, please do not fill that out) We absolutely don't want the information but they do, so it is required to send stuff out of the US
